VMworld opened session registration for attendees earlier this week. For anyone who hasn’t attended, you use the VMworld website to register for sessions ahead of time and specifically register for the instructor led labs offered during the conference.
There are lots of great sessions and many of the ones I’m interested in are scheduled at the same time. That always seems to be the case, regardless of which conference I attend. But in particular, this year’s VMworld promises to be a great source for information. I’m impressed by the amount of sessions specific to hardware platforms, industries and specific interests. Plus there are a lot of general information sessions about what’s new in vSphere and its features.
In planning for the trip, I’m specifically looking for information about the vSphere Data Recovery functionality and Fault Tolerent VM’s in vSphere. I’m also looking at sessions for security – always a topic that my company is interested in.
Below is my schedule, as of today. Its a constantly changing target, though. I’m looking really forward to the trip later this month.
